Six causes that keep spins out of your account, and the fix for each.
A stake over the limit
A stake above the maximum bet voids the wagering and the remaining winnings with it. Stay at A$5 a round on the welcome spins, A$2 on the 20 spins without deposit.
Other slot open, no spins
Spins sit on one slot only: Starburst for the welcome rounds, Tome of Madness for the code SPINLUCKY20. Open that slot from the bonus entry, not from the lobby.
Spinanga Casino short deposit
A deposit under A$10 earns no welcome spins, and step two asks for A$20. Top up to the stated minimum, then claim the code again in the bonus section.
Confirm your phone and ID
The 20 spins on Tome of Madness arrive only once your phone number and identity are confirmed. Finish that check in your profile and the rounds appear within a few minutes.

Four Offers Worked
You Deserve the Real Number Behind the Spins
Multiply the spins by their value, take the expected win at the slot RTP, then apply the wagering to that win. These are estimates, and the table carries every figure.
Without a Deposit
20 × A$0.20 = A$4.00 → about A$3.84 (RTP 96%, average value) → A$3.84 × 35x = A$134.40 · max A$100
Welcome Package · deposit 1
177 × A$0.10 = A$17.70 → about A$16.99 (RTP 96%, average value) → A$16.99 × 28x = A$475.72
Weekend spins · Saturday
100 × A$0.10 = A$10.00 → about A$9.60 (RTP 96%, average value) → A$9.60 × 35x = A$336.00

No deposit or with one?
Compare a spins offer without a deposit with one that needs a top-up, and note the code, the slot and the minimum each one asks for.
Why confirm your phone?
Fill the form with the exact name and details printed on your photo ID, and confirm your phone or identity when a no-deposit offer asks for it.
Code first, spin later
Type the code in the bonus field before you deposit or spin, then open your bonus section and confirm the spins show as active rather than pending.
Your offer slot open
Launch the slot named in the offer and nothing else, since the spins run only there at their set value and will not appear on other games.

Cash-out rules
From spin win to withdrawable cash
Five rules that decide how much of your spin winnings reaches your balance.
A$100 no-deposit cap
The 20 spins without deposit on Tome of Madness cap your payout at A$100 from those rounds. Anything above that figure stays with the casino when you withdraw.
Five days or fifty
The 20 rounds carry five days to clear the wagering; the welcome sets give you 50. Miss the window and the bonus money, winnings included, is removed.
Meet the playthrough to release it
Every win from the rounds lands in your bonus balance at first, never as cash. Only the amount left after the wagering is met moves across to real money.
One claim per household
One set of spins without deposit is allowed per person, household and device. A second claim from the same address or handset is refused, so the first win stands.
What the answers give you
The point where somebody blocks your cashout
Most players worry the winnings will vanish behind a rule they did not read first.
trustWhat if I try to withdraw the winnings straight away?+
Budget for bonus money, not cash. Whatever the reels pay on any spin stays bonus until you meet the wagering, and a 35x playthrough on the no-deposit 20 spins leaves a cap of A$100 on what you can take out. Clear the terms and the balance converts.
trustWhere do I get the biggest pile of spins here?+
Ask for the full 267 and the answer is a first deposit of A$10 with the code VIVASTARONE for 177 spins, then A$20 with VIVASTARTWO for another 90. Both land on Starburst, so the whole bundle sits on one game at A$0.10 a spin.
trustDo I need to play the round on Tome of Madness only?+
No, you do not pick the game. Every batch is locked to the slot named in its terms, from Starburst on the welcome pair to Tome of Madness on the no-deposit 20. Open that exact title and the spin counter shows up on the reels.
trustHow long does A$4.00 of spin money actually last?+
A spin is worth A$0.10 on most batches and A$0.20 on the 20 no-deposit rounds, which is only what one turn buys. Terms at 35x on those 20 spins mean the playthrough lands on the winnings, so check that figure before you plan a cashout.
trustCan I get spins for installing the app and for verifying?+
Yes, both are on the table. Installing the app pays 20 spins at A$0.10 on Fruit Party 2 with a 35x playthrough, and passing verification releases 10 spins on Triple Diamond. Each batch runs on its own slot and expires, so claim them early.
trustWhat if I want to bet bigger on each of my spins?+
Stake stays put, so no. The value per spin is fixed when the batch is issued, A$0.10 on most and A$0.20 on the no-deposit set, and the bet limit of A$5 or A$2 per round sits on top of that. Changing it is not an option.
trustDo I need to know the regulator and license number?+
Yes, take the minute to look. Spinanga Casino Ltd. holds Malta Gaming Authority license MGA/B2C/366/2014, and the audit reports come from BMM Testlabs, eCOGRA and GLI. Copy the number from the footer and match it before you send money.
Bonus Rounds and the Stop Button
Claiming spins commits you to nothing beyond the terms of that batch, and you never have to deposit again to keep an account open. Deposit limits, loss limits and self-exclusion sit in your account settings, and Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia and the National Self-Exclusion Register offer outside support.
Deposit limits. Caps how much you can pay in over a day, a week or a month before the account blocks it.
Self-exclusion. Locks you out of the account for a period you choose and blocks new deposits until it ends.
Cooling-off periods. Pauses play for a short break of your choosing, keeping the account and balance in place.
